River Roots Catering

River Roots needed to update their entire menu photography for a new website launch. The challenge was capturing 35 dishes in a single day while maintaining consistent quality and styling across traditional Indian cuisine and fusion items.

We set up a dedicated station at their Gurgaon kitchen with controlled lighting—a large softbox as key light with a reflector for fill. Each dish was styled on location with the chef's input, ensuring authentic presentation. We shot in batches organized by cuisine type to maintain visual consistency.
